Fitness Edge offers a variety of Yoga and Pilates to keep it fresh and fun.

VINYASA YOGA

A moderate paced class that is suitable for any student who is interested in building strength, flexibility and creating a mind
body connection. In this 55 minute mind/body adventure which synchronizes the breath to link the postures thru a dynamic practice. You will
learn to combine movement & breath to keep you toned & flexible while you release tension and fatigue.

YIN YASA YOGA

Enjoy a 45-minute combination style yoga that blends stillness & movement. In the beginning of class, students will
explore longer holds, fewer poses and work with subtle body energy to develop connection bewtween mind and body. The second half of
class encorporates our Vinyasa Flow. The perfect addition to any day to leave you feeling balanced and blissful.

POWER FLOW YOGA

Allow yourself to take your yoga practice deeper in this powerful 55 minute class. Whether you are looking to loose
weight, sharpen your mental edge, or just wanting to gain strength & stamnina, Power Flow can take you there.

LESMILLS BODYFLOW ™

is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.
Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout
that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

SILVER SNEAKERS YOGA®

will move your whole body through a complete series of seated & standing postures. Chair support is offered to safely perform postures that are designed to increase flexibility, balance, & range of movement.

BASIC PILATES

This intro level class will utilize basic pilates exercises to help strengthen and tone core muscles while improving
posture, flexibility and balance. Our 30 minute class is a must to add emphasis on the “powerhouse”-abdomen, lower back, and glutes.
