Myndi’s clients range in age from 14 to 80 years old. She has worked with athletes, pregnant and post-partum mothers, older adults with hip and or knee replacements (sometimes both), and even those who are severely underweight and severely overweight. She looks forward to the challenges and successes that come from working with all sorts of people of various ages and abilities.
STAY ACTIVE!!!! In college Myndi played soccer and ran Track. Her desire was to continue that path throughout adulthood which is the reason she became a trainer and fitness instructor. She enjoys anything that is outdoors and active. Mountain biking, kayaking, running, obstacles, etc. She loves to watch her 3 boys fall in love with the same things. Most of her weekends are spent watching them play their sports. Her kids grew up coming to the Fitness Edge Kids Cove, and next fall Myndi will be able to have her oldest son (almost 14) come work out with her and take her classes!
