Aqua Sculpt… Are you ready to sweat, even wet? This non-impact workout alternates cardiovascular and resistance training intervals for an ultimate heart pumping, muscle burning workout. Join us in the water for 55 minutes of fun and energy. LEVEL 1

Basic Pilates … This intro level class will utilize basic pilates exercises to help strengthen and tone core muscles while improving posture, flexibility and balance. Our 30 minute class is a must to add emphasis on the “powerhouse”-abdomen, lower back, and glutes. LEVEL 1

Bellies & Booties…Ready to tone your abs and glutes? Our 25 minute class will do just that. This non-stop butt burnin’ and tummy tonin’ workout will keep you lookin’ good. It’s time to work your problem areas; so help your body tighten up and feel the difference. LEVEL 1

BODYATTACK™…Ready to get fit, stay fit, and get fitter? This 55 minute class is the sports-inspired cardio workout you have been looking for! This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Get ready for a heart pumping workout! “EXPRESS” is a 30 minute version. ALL LEVELS

Gentle Yoga …This class is designed for beginners through intermediate students. In Gentle Yoga, you’ll be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style, beginning with the basic poses, but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level. Props are encouraged to allow the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably. This is a great class for members looking for a more gentle experience, those who are new to yoga or those who need a change of pace, yet still have the option to take it to the next level. Also the perfect class for students with injuries or limitations.

INSANITY™ Our certified INSANITY® workout will push you past your limits with plyometric drills on top of nonstop strength, power, resistance, and ab/core training moves. SilverSneakers®The nation’s leading exercise program for active older adults. We focus on fitness, friends, & FUN! In CLASSIC we use a variety of exercises (using the ball, hand weights, & resistance tube),while seated in a chair, designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. With CIRCUIT the same props are used, however, the low impact aerobic choreography can be done standing to encourage muscular endurance.

YOGA will move your whole body through a complete series of seated & standing postures. Chair support is offered to safely perform postures that are designed to increase flexibility, balance, & range of movement. All classes are 45minutes LEVEL 1

Vinyasa Yoga A moderate paced class that is suitable for any student who is interested in building strength, flexibility and creating a mind body connection. In this 55 minute mind/body adventure which synchronizes the breath to link the postures thru a dynamic practice. You will learn to combine movement & breath to keep you toned & flexible while you release tension and fatigue. ALL LEVELS

Yin Yasa Yoga Enjoy a 45-minute combination style yoga that blends stillness & movement. In the beginning of class, students will explore longer holds, fewer poses and work with subtle body energy to develop connection bewtween mind and body.
